No email send to assigned user. The online document mentioned it that we can setup it in project management, but I cannot found.

The system will send an email notification to "Assign To", Area/Minor Area owners, and CC to "Auto Mailto" that is set in project management.

Please forget it because it works now. BTW, can we have a flag to control it in system wide config or in user profile?

What did you change that ist started to send emails? I can not find it. And I have the same problem you had.
