Since I didn't maintain Bug Tracker for a long time. It is better to close this project completely.

The project is more than 10 years old. It was developed when I was young. If I were to write it again now, it will be better structured, use latest technology, and of course better code.

I would suggest users to find other Bug Tracking tools. There are a lot of great open source tools out there.
